This fine yacht was hauled... in Granada in 2008 for routine maintenance and bottom painting. Her owner inspected her bottom very carefully for any signs of osmosis and there were no indications of any kind. That is to be expected because yachts of this era where built to different standards and osmosis simply has not been a problem. Hence, the good news is that this yacht has no osmosis and her bottom has just been painted. Her zincs were checked as well during her haul-out as were her thru-hull fittings, shaft and propeller. While she was on the hard her owner had a brand new rudder fabricated and installed.
Her Dinghy and Outboard... motor are both less than one year old. Both are included in the sale making this yacht a very complete and ready to cruise package. Her owner and his wife are heading back to work which is the only reason this excellent yacht is being offered for sale. This can be your lucky break! Plenty of Accomodations... aboard this yacht and well laid out. Her forward cabin sleeps two in the large V-Berth and her aft cabin sleeps two additional persons. Also we have a quarterberth for one more person. I personally love the center cockpit design and the sense of security felt at sea. I also prefer the ketch rig with the many different sail combinations available. My own boat was a center cockpit ketch and for a solo sailor there is no better arrangement in my humble opinion. Five Sails are Included... and all in great condition. Aboard is a Jib, a Mizzen, a Mainsail, a Roller Furling Headsail and a Spinnaker. The sails have sail covers.
